1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 21 days from the date you receive your purchase.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, in the original
packaging
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns.
2. Returns Process:
Simply package the item securely and return to Athletiq 25 Kings Hedges, St Ives,
PE27 3XU.
Please include the Athletiq returns form stating your reason for returning your goods. Your return MUST include your order number.
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of
your return.
Athletiq is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refund Process:
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 8-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending
on your financial institution.
7. Defective/Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service
